Photo Stencil Service
Our Photo Stencil Service aims to transform your images into accurate stencils for screen printing, signage, and art projects. We oversee all technical aspects, including artwork separation and exposure for photo stencils.
Steps & Requirements
- Submit Artwork:
High-Resolution Images. To ensure the best results, please provide your artwork in high resolution (300 DPI or higher) in either TIFF, PNG, or PDF formats. Low-resolution or blurry images may not yield optimal stencil quality.
Artwork Size: Specify the desired size of the stencil. If not indicated, we will work with the original size of the submitted file.
2. Artwork Review:
If your artwork requires retracing (vectorization, etc.) due to quality issues, we will inform you and proceed with the necessary adjustments.
3. Stencil Creation:
We will handle all the technical steps, including artwork separation (breaking down the image into its individual components) and exposure to create the photo stencil.
4. Delivery:
Once the stencil is ready, we’ll deliver it in the agreed-upon format (film, screen, or digital file).
Pre-requisite
Excellent Image Resolution: Ensure the image is clear and crisp for the best stencil output.
Correct Artwork Dimensions: Be precise with the size you need. A lack of specific sizing instructions will default to the original file size.

Color-Matching Service
Our Color Matching Service ensures precise color accuracy for your projects. Whether you possess a Pantone code or a color image, we can match it precisely for the perfect hue. Ideal for printing, designing, and products requiring exact color match.
Steps & Requirements
- Submit your Color:
Pantone Code: If you have a Pantone color, simply provide the Pantone code.
Color Image: If you have an image with the desired color, upload a high-resolution photo, ensuring good lighting and accurate color representation. We recommend submitting images in JPEG, PNG, or TIFF format.
2. Color Matching Process:
We will match your specified Pantone or color image, ensuring an exact match across the entire order. We will be in constant contact for color approval until the color has been perfectly met.
3. Confirmation & Delivery:
Once the color has been matched, we’ll confirm the color accuracy with you (optional if needed) and proceed with the production and delivery of your items.
Minimum Quantity Order (MOQ)
A minimum of 1 kilogram is required to process the color match.

Custom Merch Service
Our customization service facilitates personalizing a range of items to suit your style, brand, or occasion. From lanyards to patches, we provide a seamless approach to bring your designs to reality using premium printing and embroidery.
Steps & Requirements
- Submit your Design:
Artwork: Please provide your design in high resolution (300 DPI or higher). We accept files in AI, EPS, PNG, JPEG, and PDF formats. For embroidery designs (like for patches), we also accept vector files for optimal quality.
Custom Text: If you want to add custom text (e.g., a name, slogan, or logo), specify the font and size, or provide us with a sample.
2. Select your Product:
Choose the product(s) you want to customize from the list of available options:
- Lanyard
- Luggage Tag
- Plain Round Neck (Men / Women)
- Mugs
- Patch
- Rubber Keychain
Specify product details such as colors, sizes, and any special features (e.g., double-sided printing, embroidery for patches, etc.).
3. Customization Process:
For shirts: We can print your design using screen printing.
For mugs: We use colored decal, white decal, or sublimation printing.
For patches: We provide embroidered patches for a durable, professional look, or we can create rubber patches based on your design.
For lanyards: We can have your design Embroidered, screen-printed, or sublimation printing.
For luggage tags: We can personalize these according to your needs.
4. Approval Process:
Once we receive your design, we’ll send a digital mock-up of how your custom product will look. You can make any necessary revisions, and we’ll work closely with you to ensure everything is perfect before we begin production.
5. Production & Delivery:
Once you approve the mock-up, we will proceed with production and deliver the customized products to you within the agreed timeframe.
Minimum Quantity Order (MOQ)
A minimum of 50-100 is required, depending on the services you require.
