Table Guide

Table Guide

Table Guide

Product Description

Precision in frame placement is critical for consistent and accurate prints in screen printing. A table guide is a set of positioning tools or materials used to help align and secure the screen printing frame in reference to the X (horizontal) and Y (vertical) axes on the print bed or platen.

T-Bar/Aluminum T-Guide + Round Guide (X-Axis Adjustment)

The T-Guide is primarily responsible for left-to-right movement along the X-axis. It typically includes a horizontal alignment bar that runs parallel to the edge of the table and may feature a round guide or stopper. This round guide acts as a physical reference point, allowing the user to quickly slide the screen printing frame into a consistent position from side to side.

Screw Eyes (Y-Axis Adjustment)

Screw Eyes are commonly used in manual screen printing setups as adjustable stoppers or guides to control up-and-down movement along the Y-axis. They are typically screwed onto the base of a screen frame.

By adjusting the position of the Screw Eyes, printers can set consistent vertical alignment points, ensuring that each frame sits at the exact same spot for repeatable prints—especially important in multi-color designs or repeated runs.
