Product Description

Anti-Tack prevents sticking and smearing, allowing for easy transfer of metallic foil onto surfaces or prints. It is guaranteed to keep prints clean and consistent, leaving no mess behind.

Some separation may occur during storage. Gently mix before use to restore consistency.

Product Application and Usage

Option [1] Wipe on desired areas

Option [2] Screen print

  • Create a stencil on certain areas of the prints to avoid adherence of foil transference.

Recommended Curing Parameters

  • Heat gun to dry applied areas

Clean-Up

Wash materials used with mineral spirit. Observe all local regulations when disposing of this substance.

Product Safety, Handling and Storage

Store tightly covered at temperatures between 10ºC – 30ºC (50ºF – 86ºF) and a relative humidity between that of 25% to 70%. Keep away from direct sunlight or high temperatures.

  • Stir well before using ink.
  • Pre-test fabric compatibility prior to mass production.
  • Wash test must be carried out 24 hours after printing.

Precaution

  • Wear protective gloves if there is continual contact of ink for sensitive skins.
  • Avoid any contact with eyes.
  • Wash hands thoroughly at the end of work.
  • Do not swallow.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Storage and Handling

  • Ensure good ventilation at the workplace.
  • Close lid after use.
  • Dispose of the waste according to your local regulation.
