Cotton Substrate

CVC Substrate

  • CVC substrates work well with screen printing, sublimation, and heat transfer printing.
  • Can be used for Merch (Promotional Clothing) or as Corporate Apparel.

(For Screen Printing)

  1. For cotton substrate, use water-based or plastisol inks for best result. While for CVC substrate, choose plastisol inks for best printing result.
  2. Apply Table Adhesive Glue Conc. on the platen and secure the substrate (both cotton/CVC) on it, ensure that is wrinkle-free.
  3. Apply the appropriate screen printing ink on the frame and start printing with a squeegee. Use even pressure for a solid and sharper print.
  4. Cure the ink. Refer to the ink's Curing Parameter guide found on our website. You may perform a short final press (curing) for a smooth finish.
