When ordering customized products, it's important to understand that each item is tailored specifically to customer specifications. Variations in color, size, and design may occur as part of the customization process. While we strive for accuracy, slight differences between digital proofs and the final product can result from monitor settings and printing techniques. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving design proofs before production begins. Products such as lanyards and mugs may exhibit minor variations in print alignment and color vibrancy due to manufacturing processes. Production times are estimated and subject to variability based on external factors. Once design proofs are approved, changes or cancellations may be limited. Customized items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or defective. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that submitted designs do not violate any intellectual property rights. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product itself; we do not assume responsibility for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
