Printint Clear is a versatile two-in-one clear or transparent base, serving a dual purpose for both printing and a variety of dye methods. It finds frequent application in dyeing substrates through various dye techniques, allowing for the creation of vibrant and distinctive designs that stand out.

Product Application and Usage

Direct-to-textile printing on cut-piece articles and ready-to-wear outfit.

Dilute ink with 10% – 80% water depending on the desired color concentration.

For screen-printing (manual), it is important to maintain medium pressure and speed with a 45º angle. Do not dilute with water. Apply one layer and semi-cure. Repeat if necessary then proceed to final curing via curing equipment or machine.

Recommended Curing Parameters

  • Drying time : 10 seconds
  • Temperature : 110ºC (230ºF)
  • Equipment : Heat press/oven/flash cure
  • Pre-curing : Heat gun

Time and temperature may vary depending on the curing equipment used.

Clean-Up

Wash materials used with soap and water. Observe all local regulations when disposing of this substance.

Product Safety, Handling and Storage

Store tightly covered at temperatures between 10ºC – 30ºC (50ºF – 86ºF) and a relative humidity between that of 25% to 70%. Keep away from direct sunlight or high temperatures

Instruction

  • Stir well before using ink.
  • Pre-test fabric compatibility prior to mass production.
  • Wash test must be carried out 24 hours after printing.

Precaution

  • Wear protective gloves if there is continual contact of ink for sensitive skins.
  • Avoid any contact with eyes.
  • Wash hands thoroughly at the end of work.
  • Do not swallow.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Storage and Handling

  • Ensure good ventilation at the workplace.
  • Close lid after use.
  • Dispose of the waste according to your local regulation.
